Roberto Talks to Mayan Mam Activists

Roberto will be interviewing two indigenous Mayan Mam women from San Miguel Ixtahuacán, San Marcos,  Guatemala in his weekly radio show "Punto De Encuentro" on CKCU tonight (January 6, 2010) at 7:00 pm. Carmen Francisca Mejía Aguilar and  Maudilia López Cardona are engaged in a struggle with Canadian gold mining company,  Goldcorp, over the human right violations perpetrated by the mining company, on the land upon  which their lives depend.
